A great restaurant, known far beyond the borders of Uplengen and always very tasty food. Top gyros! It doesn't matter whether you have food to pick up or on site, it's worth it.

Very good food - good service. The food is of high quality. The pricing policy is a bit strange: the dish with pork tenderloin is more expensive than with chicken breast. Unreserved recommendation! P.S. the starter salad is a dream! It would be nice if the main course waited 5 to 10 minutes longer.

Really: the BEST restaurant we've ever been to. Simply because everything is right here! Now we have been coming regularly for over two years and after we have been warmly welcomed and served again this evening, I just have to make a big recommendation here and also say thank you! I've been to a lot of Greeks before, but you have the best metaxa sauce :) and the best service! And anyway everything tastes good and it is always very pleasant! Keep it up. We are already looking forward to the next time!

Was there for the first time today. Service and kitchen get 5 stars from me. I ordered a meal without metaxa sauce. I asked the waitress if it was possible. She came back and said: Yes, it wouldn't be a problem, but the kitchen said it might dry out the meat. I said: Then the kitchen should just give you a piece of herb butter. Then that would be okay with me. The waitress came back and asked if the kitchen could also add onions. So I just think it's very attentive and the kitchen thinks for itself. And it also tasted great. So definitely 5 stars for something like that

The restaurant Athos is the meeting place in Uplengen for a convivial evening with good food. You should rather reserve, because the demand is rather high. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. If you do not like it too hectic, you should avoid a place near the bar. The beer garden is highly recommended in summer. Even with many guests the waiting times are still short to normal.

We went here recently, the portion size was great and the taste was the same. We were absolutely thrilled by the time the food was served, that was just over 10 minutes. We sat upstairs and yet the service was always present, but sometimes too present for us and would therefore be perceived as a bit annoying. Unfortunately we had caught the small table under the roof beam, so someone has to crawl around under the roof cupboard to get to his place. All in all worth a visit.
